Tailored Lessons
Each child is given hand holding support to improve his/her learnings. We assess the problem of each child and design the learning process based on his/her need
Interactive Teaching
Our pedagogy is very much alive and interesting to children. Every child gets chance to demonstrates and magnifies his or her full potentials.
Technology Support
We use the tools like Annual Status of Education Report (ASER), google read etc to collect the data for further analysis, monitoring and evaluation of the status, performance and progress of the children's learning.
Community Support
we do involve parents in the learning process of the children. Have regular parents meeting, explaining the status, performance and impact seen in their children. Parents are also asked to create an ambience and potential environment for their children to learn.
Theory of Change
Because intellectual disparity could be reduced if all children receive equal opportunity to education, we work in Odisha, India to help the tribal children to enhance quality of learning, by regular tailored guidance, in order to imbibe quality learning among 2000 poor children by 2030.
